• Be the main point of contact for our users, communicating through email, chat, and occasional video calls to resolve technical and product-related questions. • Troubleshoot and guide customers through product workflows, ensuring they can get the most value out of our platform. • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams by reporting recurring issues, sharing customer insights, and helping prioritize improvements. • Contribute to building and optimizing support processes, internal playbooks, and customer-facing documentation to make troubleshooting more efficient. • Identify trends in customer queries and suggest proactive solutions to reduce incoming tickets and improve user experience. • Learn deeply about our product, becoming confident in explaining complex features in accessible, customer-friendly language. • Support the rollout of new features by reviewing release notes, testing, and preparing communication or documentation updates.

• Report directly to the founders • Provide leadership and mentorship to other engineers on the team • Plan engineering sprints • Recruit a robust team of engineers that are among the best in the industry, from outreach to closing • Empower the engineering team to achieve a high level of technical productivity and quality • Manage an excellent team of engineers, helping to develop their careers with stretch projects and excellent feedback • Contribute to engineering-wide initiatives as part of the engineering management team

• Design and implement data pipelines for the collection, storage, and transformation of data from a variety of sources • Develop and maintain data models and schema to support data analysis and reporting • Write and maintain ETL jobs to extract, transform, and load data into our data warehouse • Collaborate with ML engineers, data analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop solutions to support data-driven decision-making • Monitor and optimize data pipelines and processes to ensure data quality and performance

• Scale Amplemarket’s core cloud platform for high availability and performance • Detect our blindspots and add observability to mitigate them • Work closely with product engineers to design reliable rollouts of new features • Review code, proposals and participate in architectural discussions • Build reproducible automations for the most urgent infrastructure needs • Define solutions to save our internal teams time when moving code to production • Keep on top of potential threats/patches with a security-first mindset • Participate in the continuous improvement of the development process/workflow

• Research, identify and qualify leads in the B2B SaaS space • Develop new outbound strategies in order to build relationships with prospect clients • Build a pipeline of leads using email outreach, phone calls and social media outreach • Educate prospects on Amplemarket and its benefits for them • Generate high quality appointments for Amplemarket's Account Executives • Work closely with the founders in order to support Amplemarket's revenue goals.

• Work directly with the co-founders • Have lots of autonomy and impact • Ship new features every week • Design and conceive new product experiences and interfaces • Enhance Amplemarket’s product usability and solve technical issues • Collaborate with our backend developers to enhance the user experience • Collaborate with our support engineers and customer support representatives to understand our customers' needs • Work independently as well as in small teams to develop the best product on the market • Create visual/interactive content in HTML, CSS and JavaScript (we use React.js) • Rapidly iterate on design prototypes and working applications • Collaborate with experienced software engineers in the design, development and maintenance stages of the product

• Shape product strategy and make key decisions about visual direction and user experience. • Lead design projects, participate in critiques, and collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to ensure high-quality implementation. • Create user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for new features. • Build and nurture a design-focused culture across the company. • Help shape processes that prioritize attention to detail and design excellence. • Understand our customers' needs deeply through direct conversations and close collaboration with support and sales teams.
