Position: Outbound B2B Appointment Setter Salary: EUR 750 - EUR 1,000 + incentives Working Hours & Conditions: must follow UK hours; 9:00am – 5:30pm (1-hour lunch); full-time (remote) Holidays: UK Holidays ABOUT THE COMPANY:  The company is a UK-based marketing agency specializing in B2B and B2C lead generation. The company provides high-intent data, telephone-collected leads, and data analytics from offices in London, Bath, and Essex. They focus on delivering GDPR-compliant data solutions to help businesses scale their sales and marketing campaigns. OVERVIEW: Outbound B2B calling expert is responsible for calling UK businesses and some South African call centres who dial into the UK on B2C consumer telemarketing campaigns and actively buy consumer data for their call centres. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Make 100+ outbound calls per day - Book meetings for the UK team (60+ years combined experience in data planning and procurement) - Ensure appointments are with decision-makers - Target companies that are actively buying leads and consumer data - Schedule and manage appointments effectively
