We are a small but growing team focused on delivering cost-saving and revenue-generating solutions to our clients. 🎯 About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated, reliable, and results-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. This person will act as a dedicated Sales Shark and Appointment Setter, responsible for driving new business by consistently executing cold-calling and lead-generation strategies. The primary goal is to secure high-quality appointments with Dealership Owners and General Managers to introduce our product lines. For zero-cost products, the ability to make an on-the-spot sale is a significant bonus. 🛠 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 📞 Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Proactively call prospective clients, primarily car dealerships across the country, to pitch our products and set appointments. ⏰ Scheduling & Time Management: Adhere strictly to a set daily work schedule, prioritizing peak contact hours (ideally between 9:30 AM and 12:00 PM local time for dealerships) for cold outreach. 💬 Sales Acumen: Quickly build rapport, articulate the value proposition clearly, and skillfully deal with objections over the phone to secure appointments or sales. 🗂 Database Management: Utilize provided lists and conduct independent research (e.g., through LinkedIn) to identify and contact key decision-makers (owners, general managers). 📲 CRM/Dialer Use: Work within a Voice over IP (VoIP) system/CRM to manage calls and maintain a professional U.S. area code presence. 🔁 Follow-up: Conduct consistent and professional follow-up with all leads. 📝 CRM Management: Entering and managing all relevant information into the CRM. 📥 Call Handling: Receiving calls and directing to the relevant person. 🎓 QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS ✔ Proven Cold-Calling/Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in a high-volume cold-calling or appointment-setting role, preferably in a B2B environment. ✔ English Fluency & Tonality: Complete English fluency is mandatory.
