Stanley Black & Decker, Inc.
• Assist in developing disruptive retail media campaigns that efficiently drive sales for our DEWALT, BLACK+DECKER, CRAFTSMAN, IRWIN, PORTER-CABLE, and BOSTITCH brands • Collaborate with the Sr. Digital Media Manager to plan, buy, execute, and report on digital media campaigns • Maintain and manage proper brand experience across multiple merchandising platforms and initiatives • Assist in executing content initiatives leveraging the platform to deliver optimal end user experience and assist with SEO initiatives • Partner with sales, channel marketing, finance, shopper marketing and brand teams, as well as agency partners to develop unique programs that align with sales goals • Lead the relationship with the SBD sales teams and media agency, negotiate packages/pricing, and manage an annual budget, including an investment budget for merchandising activities
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in pay-per-click (PPC) management for SEM campaigns, programmatic display, and specific retail media platforms (Criteo, Promote IQ, Amazon)
- Demonstrated success building unique digital media programs to drive point of sale
- Knowledge of key business measures (sales, gross margin, Ol, etc.) and demonstrated success managing a budget while working on 100+ campaigns; experience analyzing financial metrics to determine ROI
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills
- Open and collaborative mindset to work in a matrixed organization, gather the latest trends, and be able to communicate and implement them across the business
