As a Program Manager, you will: - Deliver complex, large-scale programs and projects from initiation through delivery by leading cross-functional, geographically diverse project teams. - Understand business requirements and ensure implementation from a people, process, policy, and technology perspective. - Ensure consistent and efficient execution of projects, adhering to Amazon’s governance and project methodology frameworks. - Identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles by collaborating closely with business partners and key PMO Excellence stakeholders. - Continually strengthen FinOps effectiveness with a relentless focus on identifying and delivering continuous improvement opportunities. Qualifications - 5+ years of program or project management experience. - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements. - Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership. Requirements - 2+ years of driving process improvements experience. - Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field. - Healthcare experience. - IT/Tech project experience. • Responsible for the leadership direction and management of the Project Management Office (PMO). • Develops and executes strategies for directing programs, project management leaders, and cross functional front line instrument, assay, automation, and informatics resources necessary to ensure: Superior instrument and automation implementation support to the satisfaction of US customers and clients. • Compliance with regulatory requirements for both Quality Systems Regulations and Financial Ethics/Compliance laws. • Optimal resource planning, utilization and justification for successful implementations. • Primary Functional responsibilities include: PMO staffing, training, development and retention of highly skilled project managers that manage customer-facing projects with various levels of difficulty and wide range of customer differentiation. • Project leadership and strategic direction for the PMO, field service, technical support and sales teams responsible for all instrument and automation implementations. • Definition, creation and maintenance of key business processes for implementations. • Implementation of standardized project planning and control processes to ensure effective execution of projects across all channels. • Highly accountable for customer feedback/satisfaction touch point results. • Manages to financial goals including the extended responsibility of generating revenue opportunities for sales and service offerings. • Ensures speed to revenue objectives are aligned with project plans and enables delivery of revenue through timely project execution. • Provides project management support of the US Commercial organization. • Responsible for maintaining a visual management tool to track and report status of approved projects. • Performs analysis of active and forecasted resource needs against resource availability. • Identifies potential problem areas and implements corrective actions. • Directs business strategies and operational activities of Project Managers supporting regional sales districts across the US. • Takes a leadership role in establishing good project management practices. • Develops and tracks goals and objectives focused on customer satisfaction and business performance. • Accountable for financial and process improvements. • Maintain a highly skilled project management team capable of meeting the objectives and strategies of the business. • Make timely project management, operational and business decisions with high risk or consequences to the business. • Cultivates relationships with internal and external customers and develops strong networks throughout the company and industry.

• Promote and foster a culture of trust within and outside of Dropbox • Partner with teams to execute on cross-team and/or multi-phase projects from design through implementation against a wide variety of regulatory and compliance frameworks, especially AI-specific standards/frameworks • Identify the right solutions to clarify and solve ambiguous, open-ended problems across various compliance programs. • Mature our overall compliance program. Improve and implement controls for internal systems, processes, and policies through bold and innovative approaches and leveraging automation and AI-enabled processes • Facilitate ongoing AI Governance, Risk and Compliance initiatives and monitor control effectiveness • Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors throughout compliance assessments • Play an active part in responding and mitigating compliance challenges across multiple time zones and jurisdictions. • Drive automation efforts across the Compliance function via the AI-enabled GRC automation tools • Identify opportunities impacting the Compliance function and establish the strategy and cross-functional alignment to achieve these objectives. • Conduct gap assessments to identify areas of non-compliance or areas for improvement, and develop action plans to address these gaps. • Provide guidance to management on the impact of new laws and regulations and recommend changes in business practices where necessary.
