• Source, screen, and recruit qualified lawyers, paralegals, case managers, and legal assistants for U.S. law firms (primarily in California and Texas). • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, from job intake and candidate outreach to interview coordination and offer negotiation. • Build and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, and other sourcing platforms. • Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to different legal specializations (e.g., personal injury, litigation, workers’ compensation, employment law). • Conduct structured interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical, behavioral, and cultural fit. • Partner with the People & Compliance team to ensure seamless onboarding and documentation. • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress and pipeline health. • Stay current on trends in legal hiring, compensation benchmarks, and bar association guidelines to ensure informed recruiting decisions.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of proven experience recruiting for U.S.-based law firms.
- Strong knowledge of legal roles, terminology, and workflows (e.g., case management, litigation support, demand writing).
- Demonstrated success filling positions such as Case Manager, Paralegal, Lien Negotiator, and Intake Specialist.
- Experience managing multiple requisitions and clients simultaneously.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Workable preferred) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with both clients and candidates.
- Fluency in English (bilingual English/Spanish preferred).
- Ability to work full-time aligned with U.S. business hours (PST overlap required).
