• Maintain IT systems management tools used by the team. • Create and roll out new technical solutions through the dev/qa/prod pipeline. • Remediate and mitigate vulnerabilities in a variety of technical products. • Communicate with third-party technical support if needed. • Work with other team members as an on-call engineer 24/7 based on a flexible schedule. • Participate in on-call rotations for critical system incidents. • Automate the tasks. • You will document all changes within our Change Management process and Confluence. • Track projects in Jira. • You will undergo regular security training. • Implement comprehensive automation strategies across various IT processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks. • Automate system management tasks using Ansible, PowerShell, and Python. • Identify opportunities for automation in existing workflows to improve operational efficiency.

• Scale Amplemarket’s core cloud platform for high availability and performance • Detect our blindspots and add observability to mitigate them • Work closely with product engineers to design reliable rollouts of new features • Review code, proposals and participate in architectural discussions • Build reproducible automations for the most urgent infrastructure needs • Define solutions to save our internal teams time when moving code to production • Keep on top of potential threats/patches with a security-first mindset • Participate in the continuous improvement of the development process/workflow

• Scope and assess the current marketing site and product application setup to identify dependencies, bottlenecks, and improvement areas. • Research and propose infrastructure solutions and optimization strategies to simplify deployments and improve scalability. • Develop a detailed execution plan outlining milestones, architectural updates, and rollout phases. • Eliminate CMS downtime during deployments by improving Statamic’s build and publish flow. • Ensure the marketing site operates independently from the product application so new URLs and pages can be added without Infrastructure involvement. • Redesign the deployment pipeline with Infrastructure to enable faster, more reliable content releases • Review and optimize AWS (S3, CloudFront, EKS/Kubernetes) configurations to support the new architecture. • Partner with Marketing, Infrastructure, and Engineering teams to ensure performance, security, and monitoring best practices are implemented.

The Role We’re looking for a sharp, self-motivated, problem-solving Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you’ll work with a small team to build solutions in AWS that keep CompanyCam’s web and mobile applications humming. You’ll collaborate with product engineers to deploy new features and improve our existing infrastructure to make it more reliable, resilient, and secure. You'll bring depth in one or more of the following: database operations and performance tuning, search infrastructure (OpenSearch/Elasticsearch), or observability and monitoring. Our starting salary range is $175,000 -$185,000 per year and is based on experience. We also offer meaningful equity and other benefits.
