Job Requirements

Role Description We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with experience in C#, .NET, TypeScript, and React.js to build scalable, high-quality web applications. The ideal candidate understands modern front-end and back-end development practices and has working knowledge of web accessibility (ADA / WCAG), ensuring our applications are usable for all users, including those with disabilities. - Design, develop, and maintain web applications using C#/.NET on the back end and React.js (TypeScript) on the front end. - Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external services. - Implement responsive UI components with high performance and maintainability. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality features. - Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and process improvements. - Optimize existing systems for scalability, performance, and security. Accessibility (ADA/WCAG) Responsibilities - Ensure all front-end code adheres to WCAG 2.1 / 2.2 Level A & AA accessibility standards. - Implement semantic and accessible HTML structures, ARIA attributes, keyboard navigation support, and proper focus management. - Collaborate with QA to resolve accessibility defects discovered through automated or manual accessibility testing. - Utilize accessibility testing tools in development workflows, including: - axe DevTools - WAVE - Siteimprove Accessibility Checker - Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure accessible design patterns (contrast, hierarchy, navigation, alt texts, etc.). - Validate components for screen reader compatibility (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver). - Advocate accessibility-first engineering across the development lifecycle.
