• Design and scale backend systems, APIs, and services for our open-source platform • Build developer interfaces: APIs, SDKs, UIs • Collaborate directly with customers to solve integration challenges • Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability across backend services • Shape the roadmap and company strategy with high ownership of key decisions
• Be the first point of contact for customers and prospects • Debug complex platform and integration issues end-to-end • Help customers troubleshoot implementation issues with external APIs • Implement support for new APIs on the Nango platform • Maintain and improve API-specific documentation • Run technical Q&A calls with smaller prospects • Contribute smaller code changes to the Nango platform
• Rebuild and elevate Nango's dashboard and developer-facing UI to a best-in-class standard, setting the bar for quality and craftsmanship. • Design and implement data-intensive views (logs, syncs, connection management) that are fast, readable, and a pleasure to use — even at scale. • Own frontend performance: optimize rendering, minimize bundle size, and ensure the UI feels instant. • Build polished, accessible UI components and establish scalable patterns and conventions for the frontend codebase. • Collaborate directly with developer customers to understand pain points and iterate on UX. • Contribute to backend work (Node.js/TypeScript) when needed to unblock yourself or ship a feature end to end — you don't need to be a backend expert, but you're comfortable enough to be autonomous. • Shape the product roadmap and company strategy alongside the founding team, with high ownership of the frontend direction.
• Own and build key growth and acquisition surfaces: landing pages, onboarding flows, and user journeys. • Develop and maintain the tooling around Nango’s marketing stack: CMS, attribution, SEO workflows, and automation systems. • Own documentation and developer-facing experience. • Implement analytics and reporting systems to measure performance and user behavior. • Take projects end-to-end: from shaping ideas to shipping quickly. • Collaborate across engineering, product, growth, and customer success in a small team. • Bring strong ownership to visible parts of the Nango experience.
• Work closely with key customers to guide them through integration builds, implementations, and scaling with Nango. • Build and ship product features requested by customers, with fast turnaround and high quality. • Take projects end-to-end: understand customer needs, design the right solution, implement it, and polish it through iteration. • Serve as a direct feedback loop into the product roadmap by identifying gaps, pain points, and strategic opportunities. • Support complex customer use cases through Slack, calls, pairing sessions, and technical deep dives. • Partner with prospects during evaluations and POCs, helping them ramp up quickly and succeed early. • Debug challenging integration or platform issues and drive them to resolution with speed and ownership. • Collaborate daily with engineering on execution, product on prioritization, and go-to-market on account health and expansion. • Operate in a high-paced environment, balancing multiple customer threads while continuing to deliver product improvements.
• Partner closely with the founders on day-to-day execution and long-term strategy. • Drive cross-functional initiatives across operations, finance, legal, product, and go-to-market. • Own and improve internal processes, including automation of workflows for support, success, and operations. • Support finance and governance topics such as budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and board preparation. • Assist with investment-related processes, fundraising, and investor communications. • Work with customers, vendors, and partners on operational and strategic initiatives. • Build and maintain analytics, dashboards, and business intelligence to support decision-making. • Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and strategic deep dives. • Help manage team execution, priorities, and follow-through across the company. • Act as a force multiplier for the founders, ensuring clarity, speed, and accountability.
