This role will facilitate licensure applications and tracking, training administration, policy management, and accreditation initiatives, as well as provide administrative support for operational tasks within the Practice. Location: Remote Key Responsibilities Financial & Administrative Support - Process departmental expenses to support accurate tracking and submission of billable and non-billable expenses and medical supplies in a timely manner. - Categorize expenses and submit monthly reports to management. Physician Licensure & Credentialing - Track and support physicians with international and domestic medical license applications and renewals. - Maintain accurate licensure records and ensure timely renewals in coordination with the Practice’s licensed personnel and regulatory bodies. Compliance Support - Responsible for ongoing licensure tracking for medically trained personnel, including: - Registration and deactivation or employees in the compliance platform. Assignment of training modules and credential/licensure requirements in the compliance platform. - Communicating directly with managers and/or employees to remind, collect, and document license and certifications. - Provide monthly reports to management. - Assist with the annual review of all policies under the direction of the Compliance Officer. - Support the development, review, and updating of policies and procedures to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements under the direction of the Compliance Officer. - Support preparation for and note meeting minutes during quarterly Compliance Committee meetings. - Participate in internal audits, data collection, and documentation tracking to identify compliance risks and areas for improvement as requested. - Support efforts to obtain and maintain accreditation certification through URAC, including documentation preparation and coordination with internal stakeholders.
