Grow Therapy
• Manage and improve key workflows that increase the velocity of payor launches. • Assist in pulling reports, analyzing trends, and turning insights into action. • Track and monitor the health of payor launches, owning key metrics, flagging issues, and troubleshooting processes. • Collaborate across teams like Credentialing, Billing, Growth, Customer Support, and Technology.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in revenue cycle or healthcare operations.
- Experience with tools like Excel, dashboards, or other analytics platforms.
- Structured problem-solving approaches.
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with changing priorities.
- Team player with experience in cross-functional projects.
- Confident using Excel or Google Sheets—writing formulas, building pivot tables, and pulling insights from data.
