THE OPPORTUNITY As a Key Account Manager, you’ll work closely with franchise clients to deliver data-driven insights and actionable pricing and business recommendations that drive profitability. Using RMS methodologies, you’ll analyze what drives consumer purchase decisions at the store, category, and item level, and present insights to franchisees and their management teams. This is a fully remote role based in Spain. WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH You’ll work on our European Consulting Services team, reporting to the Director of Consulting Services. Working closely with the Director, you’ll manage multiple franchise accounts and build strong relationships with key corporate and franchise stakeholders. You’ll partner with senior client leaders to discuss pricing strategies and support the effective implementation of those strategies across both company-owned and franchised locations. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Manage franchise accounts and establish strong relationships with key corporate client contacts - Work with your team to create reports, presentations, and analyses - Present insights and recommendations to key corporate client contacts and franchisees - Regularly meet with franchisees in Italy to ensure they grasp and adhere to proposed revenue management strategies SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS - Native proficiency in English and Czech - 3 -5 years’ experience in the hospitality or retail industry - Experience in either of the following departments: account management, business development, franchisee relationships, operations or training - Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint - Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills - Proven commercial and business acumen which is demonstrated in strong presentation, storytelling as well as analytical and critical thinking skills - Exceptional time management and organization skills to successfully manage multiple deadlines - Ability to travel PREFERRED - Bachelor’s Degree in either Economics, or Hotel Management - 5 Years’ Experience preferably with key account management business analytics, consulting, revenue management, consumer research or revenue management.
