Role Description The Account Manager drives TFS’ growth in the medical aesthetics, dental, and healthcare markets by helping clinics and practitioners access tailored financing solutions to grow their businesses. This is a consultative, client-facing sales role focused on both acquiring new partners and expanding relationships with existing clients. - Own a portfolio of accounts and guide customers through the full financing lifecycle—from initial engagement and needs discovery to structuring, approval, and funding. - Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients evaluate equipment investments, optimize cash flow, and choose financing strategies that align with their business goals. - Develop and manage relationships with third-party manufacturers, vendors, and channel partners, positioning TFS as a trusted financing partner. - Generate consistent referral-based lead activity within the medical aesthetics ecosystem. - Requires a strong sales mindset, financial acumen, and the ability to build credibility with clinic owners, operators, and industry partners across North America.
