Service Logistics Administrator – Operations

• Ensure daily RMA backlog order fulfilment in accordance with the Customer’s Service Level Agreements • Coordinate the repair processes with internal facility and different vendors/partners • Assist in managing stock replenishment in the Global Service depot network • Manage timely defective unit returns from customers to factories/service depots • Monthly inventory reconciliation and quarterly reporting • Perform analysis for cost, last time buys, claims, and inventory reconciliation • Initiate and manage work orders to completion • Interface with Technical Support, Operations, Finance, Product Management, and Sales
Job Requirements
- Education: BA
- Experience: 2-5 years in a Service Logistics or a Service-related role
- Knowledge of Inventory control and management
- Multitasking and team-oriented
- Excellent Excel, Power Point and data management skills
- System experience with Oracle Cloud, SFDC, Power Point and QlikSense is a plus
- Ability to communicate in English verbally and written
- Experience with Suppliers such as service providers and repair depots both domestically and offshore
- Understanding of requirements/processes for international transportation

• Responsible for managing and reconciling all reinsurance-related transactions during the annual financial closing process • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accurate reporting, and timely completion of reinsurance schedules and statements • Compiling, validating, and submitting Schedule S as part of the annual statutory financial reporting process for a reinsurance company • Prepare reinsurance-related journal entries for year-end closing • Reconcile reinsurance accounts, including premiums, commissions, recoverables, and payables • Assist in preparing reinsurance disclosures for statutory financial statements • Support actuarial and finance teams with reinsurance data for reserve calculations and risk assessments • Gather and reconcile ceded and assumed reinsurance data from internal systems • Prepare detailed Schedule S exhibits, including Part 1 through Part 7, in accordance with NAIC statutory requirements • Verify accuracy of reinsurance balances, premiums, losses, commissions, and recoverables • Ensure compliance with NAIC Annual Statement Instructions and state regulatory requirements • Maintain documentation and support for all Schedule S entries for audit and regulatory review • Coordinate with underwriting, claims, actuarial, and finance teams to obtain accurate data • Communicate with external reinsurers and brokers for confirmations and clarifications • Support audits
