About the RoleWe're looking for a Staff Product Manager to join our Ads Platform Product team as the dedicated vertical lead for Dynamic Ads. In this role, you will own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution for Snap's Dynamic Product Ads (DPA) business — one of the company's most critical growth areas. You will drive the evolution of Dynamic Ads solutions, build 0→1 products, and expand DPA into new verticals, all while partnering closely with cross-functional leaders to deliver measurable advertiser value at scale. What You'll Do - Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution for Snap's Dynamic Product Ads (DPA) business, one of the company's most critical growth areas. - Drive the evolution of Dynamic Ads solutions, including building 0→1 products that expand Snap's capabilities in feed-based advertising. - Define product strategy and roadmap using market insights, emerging trends, and data analysis. - Lead core DPA infrastructure, including catalog ingestion, feed quality, optimization, and performance improvements. - Expand DPA into new verticals such as Dynamic Travel Ads (DTA), Streaming, and other feed-based ecosystems. - Own end-to-end product development across cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Data Science, Design, Marketing, and Sales. - Partner with cross-functional leaders across Formats, Ranking, Product Marketing, and Sales to drive cohesive strategy and execution. - Engage with key advertisers and agency partners to understand needs, validate solutions, and build executive-level relationships. - Leverage A/B testing and ad hoc analysis to drive product decisions and measure impact. - Communicate insights clearly and influence stakeholders across a matrixed organization. - Identify opportunities to increase advertiser value and revenue impact across the DPA ecosystem. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities - Experience with ads product development, with a focus on performance or direct response advertising. - Experience building shopping, commerce, or feed-based advertising solutions. - Ability to collaborate and drive alignment across all levels, from executives to engineers. - Experience driving products from strategy through launch and iteration. - Strong communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes across a complex organization. - Analytical mindset with experience in experimentation and data-driven decision making. Minimum Qualifications - BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience - 8+ years of experience building and shipping products at a technology company - Experience working with shopping systems/catalog, feed optimization, and ranking systems - Strong understanding of digital or social advertising Preferred Qualifications - Technical understanding of ad delivery systems and product recommender systems - Experience building or scaling Dynamic Product Ads (DPA) or similar feed-based ad formats at a major social or search platform - - Experience expanding ad products into verticals such as shopping, travel, streaming, gaming, or financial services - Experience working with ML-based ranking, retrieval, or personalization systems in an ads context If you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation, please don’t be shy and provide us some information. Compensation In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): The base salary range for this position is $229,000-$343,000 annually. Zone B: The base salary range for this position is $218,000-$326,000 annually. Zone C: The base salary range for this position is $195,000-$292,000 annually. This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
