About the Role We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual execution of email marketing campaigns for our clients. You'll own the design process from concept to final delivery, creating high-performing email designs in Figma that drive engagement and conversions. Responsibilities - Design custom email campaigns, automated flows, and one-off sends for a variety of clients and industries - Translate client brand guidelines into compelling, on-brand email designs - Create static and animated graphics (GIFs, motion elements) optimized for email - Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and account managers to deliver cohesive campaigns - Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on their work - Contribute to client pitches and proposals with design concepts and mockups - Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining quality and consistency - QA final designs to ensure they meet client standards before handoff
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of graphic design experience, with at least 2 years focused on email marketing
- Expert proficiency in Figma
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
- Experience working with ESPs such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Understanding of email design constraints (image-based layouts, rendering differences across clients, file size optimization)
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet tight deadlines
- Strong portfolio showcasing email design work across industries
