Senior Partner Marketing Manager
MongoDB
We are seeking a Sr. Partner Marketing Manager to drive impactful co-marketing strategies with one of our most valuable cloud partners: Google Cloud. This high-impact, strategic role will focus on developing and executing joint Go-to-Market (GTM) campaigns, driving pipeline growth, and strengthening MongoDB’s footprint within the Google ecosystem. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and directly engage Google to create compelling campaigns, events, and messaging that accelerate adoption and awareness of MongoDB Atlas across key markets. We're looking to speak with candidates based in Austin TX for our hybrid working model, or anywhere in the United States. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute joint GTM strategies with Google to drive awareness, adoption, and pipeline growth - Plan and deliver integrated co-marketing campaigns, including digital content, events, and solution launches - Create co-branded content such as blogs, case studies, and solution briefs that align with enterprise audiences - Partner with internal teams (Regional Revenue Marketing, Demand, Product Marketing, Partners, etc.) and Google to coordinate events and enablement initiatives - Manage co-marketing budgets and Market Development Funds (MDF), ensuring ROI tracking and reporting - Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reporting on key metrics and outcomes Your Qualifications - 6+ years of marketing experience, including 5+ years in partner marketing within enterprise software or SaaS - Proven track record of co-marketing success with Google or other cloud providers - Exceptional communication skills with experience developing engaging, audience-focused content - Strong analytical ability, with expertise in measuring and optimizing ROI for partner campaigns - Experience with CRM, marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo), and collaboration platforms - Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with MongoDB’s products and solutions is a plus Core Values AlignmentThe right candidate will embody MongoDB’s core values - Make It Matter: Deliver meaningful impact on MongoDB’s partnership ecosystem through data-driven and results-oriented marketing strategies - Build Together: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to successfully execute strategic initiatives - Embrace the Power of Differences: Leverage diverse perspectives to create innovative solutions and foster a culture of inclusion and mutual respect MongoDB is dedicated to creating a culture of inclusivity and excellence, nurturing skills, and fostering career growth. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total compensation and benefits package. Your Role at Dynatrace As the Lead Partner Marketing Manager at Dynatrace, you will play a critical role in integrating technology alliances into our global Partner Marketing program, working closely with the Technology Alliances team to prioritize and develop key partnerships.
