Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in healthcare management/administration or equivalent experience
- CPA/CFA preferred
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare analytics with a focus on clinical and operational performance
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Demonstrated advanced usage of AI and the management of teams using AI
- Knowledge of healthcare delivery systems, financial/reimbursement issues, and medical center/medical staff organizations
- Proficiency in Epic
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Power BI
- Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing
