• Handle sensitive communications with members/customers, which may include highly confidential information and effectively respond through verbal and written communications to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction • Facilitate and/or co-present product specific seminars and/or workshops as necessary • Identify criteria for fund selection and track against indexes, specifically for WRAP accounts • Participate in business planning for the Practice as needed • Counsel and advise prospective and current members/customers on suitable financial products and investment advisory services • Open and complete product applications • Conducting substantive research or information gathering that will be used with making suitable securities product recommendations or providing appropriate investment advice (e.g. conducting due diligence, etc.) • Obtain member/customer financial and/or suitability information • Accepting and/or entering securities trade orders from customers, including unsolicited trade orders • Explain, discuss or interpret insurance coverage; analyze exposures or policies; provide recommendations • Issue certificates of insurance, endorsements, binders, commitments, or insurance contracts • Assist financial representatives in the preparation and follow up for the member/customer meetings • Collaborate with financial representatives to assist client with product changes • Participate and drive marketing services including direct-mail, fraternal activities, seminars, meetings

• Support the total company NAV financial model to support short-term and long-term business decisions • Create and maintain reporting frameworks and analytical methodologies to bridge variances in net asset value (NAV) when compared to various comparative periods • Partner business leaders across the company, affiliates, and/or consultants to understand economic drivers of the business and growth prospects to better inform the modeling process • Perform financial forecasting, reporting and operational metrics analysis • Analyze key contracts and incorporate relevant aspects into financial models • Identify and implement scalable business process improvements, with a focus on automation and AI integration. • Support the evaluation, selection, and implementation of AI solutions to enhance processes and decision-making

• Partner with business leaders to ensure visibility into key financial and business drivers • Facilitate effective decision-making on headcount planning and resource optimization • Identify cost savings and incremental revenue opportunities • Perform month-end expense close process by applying a working knowledge of accounting rules and financial concepts • Ensure integrity and accuracy of expense reporting • Produce timely and accurate financial reporting review packages, including KPI reports • Monthly presentation of variance analysis to business function • Board reporting, quarterly product reviews, budget, etc. • Update spend forecast monthly in collaboration with business partners • Conduct analysis on risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations • Take the lead in annual budget for expenses • Ensure the development of and maintain process documentation • Develop ad-hoc projects from large cross functional projects to smaller projects

• Conduct targeted research to identify suitable candidates for finance roles in executive search assignments. • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, headhunting, and internal databases. • Qualify candidates through engaging screening calls and interviews. • Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche finance roles across investment banking, asset management, and private equity. • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle. • Maintain accurate records on the ATS and support the delivery team with administrative tasks. • Work closely with Consultants to understand client briefs and ensure a strong talent-culture fit.
