• Lead development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Ulteig’s Renewables design standards, including drawing standards, engineering workflows, design tools, and automation solutions. • Develop and execute implementation and training plans for new and updated standards, ensuring high adoption across teams. • Partner with Ulteig’s Engineering Center of Excellence (COE) and Automation Manager to align software-related standards, tooling, and processes. • Create tools and digital solutions that streamline engineering workflows, reduce manual effort, and promote standardization across Renewables projects. • Maintain, refine, and automate quality checklists, review procedures, and governance processes. • Conduct internal audits, monitor adherence to standards, and recommend improvements based on findings. • Communicate regularly with our key clients, including Client Team Leads (CTLs), to capture upcoming changes, gather feedback, and share improvement opportunities. • Develop, track, and report department specific quality metrics. • Identify workflow and process roadblocks and implement scalable solutions that improve efficiency, consistency, and reliability of engineering deliverables. • Develop and maintain automation solutions leveraging Power Platform, Dataverse, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure Services, SQL Server, and other digital tools.

• Serve as an escalation point on support calls for products supported in our network product catalog • Provide ongoing Tier 2 support of production environments that include Cisco, Palo Alto, F5, Fortinet, Meraki, Aruba Products among others • Carry out testing of new features and functionality as required and to help develop plans to implement and verify that they are operating correctly in the live network • Test patches and fixes to operating software and to ensure that they are implemented and functioning correctly in the pre-production test network (if available) and then live network as implementation plans dictate • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment, configuration and network problems and to open and track vendor support cases through to problem resolution on production issues • Participate in an on-call rotation and may be called upon to work off-hours to support customer escalations • Develop additional skills in other products as business needs dictate

• Own the operational performance engineering and reporting for esVolta’s deployed BESS, focusing on system performance improvement. • Evaluate asset performance against contractual commitments during execution and operation phases, and create baseline reports. • Support the development of technical performance contract language for EPC agreements. • Develop software to generate actionable insights from performance data using data mining and statistical analysis techniques. • Conduct computationally efficient exploratory data analysis, anomaly detection, and projection methodologies. • Develop systems to automatically detect performance degradations and correlate them to specific causes and improvements. • Create systems for automatic reporting of Energy Storage health and deploy interventions based on management by exception criteria. • Collaborate with Operations Engineering to identify and resolve technical issues, working closely with the Asset Management Team and equipment suppliers to address system deficiencies or malfunctions. • Consolidate energy production and financial model inputs and analysis to support performance-related aspects of power purchase agreements, EPC contracts, interconnection agreements, and equipment warranties. • Validate performance against base case financial assumptions. • Review technical documents and acceptance test results, comparing them to contractual standards.

• Provide transmission planning consulting services as an entry-level engineer • Work under the supervision of senior staff on projects for Municipal Utilities, Investor-Owned Utilities, and Regional Planning organizations (ISOs/RTOs) • Solve simple, routine technical problems following established procedures and policies • Apply basic principles, theories, and concepts of electrical engineering to support transmission system planning and power system analysis • Utilize and develop proficiency in industry-standard analytical tools such as ETAP, SKM, CYME, Synergi, WindMil, PSS/E, PSLF, PowerGEM TARA, or ASPEN • Assist in the technical writing of project findings and contribute to the preparation of basic analysis for project reports • Communicate with peers to explain facts, basic analysis, and engineering processes related to your work area • Learn to apply NERC reliability standards FERC regulatory policies, or IEEE standards to real-world infrastructure projects
