• Respond to RFI / RFP / RFQs and build commercial proposals for solutions within the Revenue product line • Responsible for defining the pricing strategy in line with the Gross Margin requirements defined by Product P&L • Work closely with PMO, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Support teams to create internal business case view for prospect sales initiatives • Supports drafting SOWs and other legal documents related to scope, service delivery, commercials, including SLAs • Participate in knowledge transfer of Pre-sales commitments to project / implementation teams • Provide market feedback of competing solutions as well as Industry trends to Product teams and influence the solution roadmap • Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions • Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel, and partner programs • Locates opportunities to expand client base through corporate innovation challenges marketed by companies online • Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities • Lead and motivate a matrixed cross functional account team including Customer Success, Delivery and Technical teams • Generate content for Website and other sales collateral such as pitch decks for prospective customers including research activities • Oversee email marketing though sales stack (CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator)

Job Requirements

  • Graduate degree in Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing or English (preferred)
  • MBA Information Systems or MBA from an Operations Management institute who’d want to grow into a Pre-Sales and Marketing role (preferred)
  • Experience in developing content for online platforms, multiple channels of communications
  • Background in or understanding of Deep Tech (AI, IoT, GPUs, etc.), Logistics and Supply Chain (Preferred)
  • MS-Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (Intermediate level) skills
  • Must have excellent communication skills and is able to understand technical / engineering content
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with an emphasis on developing high quality content for use in online communications catered to global audience
  • Proactive, self-starter, and a good team player
  • Ability to take lead and work in a high-growth startup environment
