Job Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in enterprise sales within banking, fintech, or B2B SaaS
  • Native German and strong English skills
  • Established network in financial services
  • Proven track record of closing 6–7 figure deals in the DACH region
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Solid understanding of SaaS and product environments
  • Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Hands-on experience with MEDDPICC
  • Proactive approach to prospecting (LinkedIn, outbound, events)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across business units, IT, and C-level
