Manager, Technical Solutions Business Owner

• Owns the feature business prioritization and roadmap for a given workstream • Identifies and measures feature key performance indicators (KPIs) • Works closely with other areas of the company to understand the tradeoffs of technical decisions • Manages tech request intake, triage and communications • Reports on performance to stakeholders demonstrating incremental value creation • Plays active role in user acceptance testing • Define scalable product solutions by deep knowledge of internal and external customer habits • Attracts, retains, and develops Business Analysts on their product career • Adheres to GEICO Code of Conduct, company policies, and operating principles

Job Requirements

Job Summary Contributes to annual sales and profitability targets by performing inventory audits, replenishment, and customer training for inventory management programs within assigned territory. In this role you'll maintain and improve mobile network performance and you will work in a supportive and collaborative environment that focuses on innovation and learning. What you will do - Operate and maintain the radio access network and transport elements to ensure reliable service. - Configure and deploy RAN and transport change requests and support validation and rollback as needed. - Monitor 2G/LTE/5G performance and resolve hardware or configuration issues within agreed timelines. - Support large-node acceptance activities and perform periodic audits of key configurations and licensing. - Work end-to-end with customer support and cross-functional teams on customer service requests and incident resolution. - Recommend and help implement process improvements and automation to reduce manual work and improve response times.
