In this role you'll maintain and improve mobile network performance and you will work in a supportive and collaborative environment that focuses on innovation and learning. What you will do - Operate and maintain the radio access network and transport elements to ensure reliable service. - Configure and deploy RAN and transport change requests and support validation and rollback as needed. - Monitor 2G/LTE/5G performance and resolve hardware or configuration issues within agreed timelines. - Support large-node acceptance activities and perform periodic audits of key configurations and licensing. - Work end-to-end with customer support and cross-functional teams on customer service requests and incident resolution. - Recommend and help implement process improvements and automation to reduce manual work and improve response times. What you will bring - BSc in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or equivalent. - 5+ years of experience - Solid knowledge of 2G/LTE/5G network architecture and RAN technologies. - Good command of English (written and spoken) and proficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, Outlook). - Experience in RAN operation environments on Nokia nodes is a plus. - Experience in Huawei and Ericsson RAN HWs is a plus. - Familiarity with virtualization concept. - Experience with any programming or scripting language is a plus (Python preferred). - Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork and customer-focused mindset; able to work under pressure and drive continuous improvement. - Willingness to work on a shift basis Why join Ericsson?At Ericsson, you'll have an outstanding opportunity. This role serves as a trusted technical advisor, partnering with customer and internal stakeholders to design, architect, and implement secure, scalable solutions that advance mission outcomes. The ideal candidate blends deep technical expertise with strong business acumen, understands federal acquisition environments, and thrives in high-trust, classified settings.
