FTE: 1.0, Shift: Day, Schedule: Day Position Summary The Manager - Value Analysis develops a long term, sustainable strategy for reducing non-labor expense, enhancing clinical supply chain performance, and improving clinical resource management contributing to the quality of patient care. The incumbent collaborates with clinical, administrative, and staff across the healthcare system and within a defined organizational committee structure to identify, develop and coordinate strategies for process improvement and cost savings opportunities related to improved product, technology, service and process standardization and utilization to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered, cost effective care, results-oriented project outcomes and value analysis best practices. The Manager - Value Analysis reviews and assesses applicable financial, clinical, and operational data, along with evidence based literature, to appropriately assist in the selection, evaluation, monitoring, analysis and implementation of cost-effective products, technologies, services and processes. Hospital-based leaders may have a dual matrixed reporting structure. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $141,045.00 - $202,987.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
