Job Description The Senior Director of FP&A will lead the organization’s financial planning and analysis function, driving strategic decision-making and enterprise-wide financial performance. This role partners closely with the C-suite to provide actionable insights, supports large-scale financial initiatives including mergers and capital investments, and ensures alignment between corporate goals and financial strategy. The ideal candidate will build and scale high-performing FP&A teams, lead transformative projects, and drive a culture of excellence across finance. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute enterprise-wide financial planning and analysis strategies aligned with corporate objectives. - Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling efforts. - Partner with senior executives to provide actionable insights that inform strategic decisions. - Oversee complex financial modeling for mergers, acquisitions, and large capital investments. - Ensure accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting and analytics across business units. - Drive process improvements and system transformations, including ERP integrations and advanced reporting platforms. - Build, mentor, and scale high-performing FP&A teams across regions or business units. - Present complex financial data and recommendations to the board and executive leadership. - Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture within the FP&A function. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. - 12–15+ years of finance experience, including 7+ years in leadership roles. - Deep expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for strategic modeling and analysis. - Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, risk frameworks, and financial compliance. - Experience leading ERP transformations, financial reporting, and analytics platforms. - Proven executive presence with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive organizational change. BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Referral Intake Coordinator to join our Customer Care Center team. This is a work-from-home opportunity. The remote Intake Associate is a critical role to drive the company’s success in helping more patients get our high-quality care in the comfort of their homes. You are the face of the company, responsible for receiving and processing new referrals sent from various hospitals, physicians, and medical professionals for BAYADA to provide care to those patients.
