Associate Director, Financial Planning and Analysis

Radiology Partners

• Oversee the financial planning, analysis, and reporting • Manage large budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations and maximizing financial performance • Develop and implement financial strategies to support manufacturing objectives and company growth • Partner with Business Leaders, CFO and CAO to provide financial insights and support decision-making • Collaborate on strategic initiatives and long-term planning for the function • Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and analyses to the executive leadership team • Ensure accurate and timely accounting for all transactions • Maintain compliance with all relevant financial regulations and industry standards • Implement and oversee internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity • Manage the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans • Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions • Provide detailed financial modelling and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making • Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements • Partner with leaders to implement best practices and drive operational excellence • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess financial and operational performance • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, professional development, and collaboration

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within biotechnology or pharmaceutical manufacturing
  • Experience managing large budgets and driving financial performance
  • Knowledge and understanding of the biotechnology industry, and forecasting in late-stage clinical trials, commercial launch experience preferred
  • Experience with cost accounting and financial analysis
  • Ability to work on cross-functional basis to ensure achievement of functional goals and alignment with corporate objectives
  • Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Referral Intake Coordinator to join our Customer Care Center team. This is a work-from-home opportunity. The remote Intake Associate is a critical role to drive the company’s success in helping more patients get our high-quality care in the comfort of their homes. You are the face of the company, responsible for receiving and processing new referrals sent from various hospitals, physicians, and medical professionals for BAYADA to provide care to those patients. The remote Intake Associate is an excellent opportunity with BAYADA to learn about the company and the industry. Successful candidates in this job often move into different parts of BAYADA, from shared services to running operations at the local branches. You will also get to work with an amazing team of 50+ members and build lasting friendships over time. Each year, BAYADA organizes an Awards Weekend in different unique locations (DC, Hollywood, Philadelphia, Charlotte, etc.) to bring the whole company together to build relationships and recognize everyone’s hard work. Hours: - Must have flexibility to work either five (5) eight (8) hour days, or four (4) ten (10) hour days, to include 1 weekend day each week, as assigned - BAYADA invests a lot in training you and your success.
