Job Description

Public Sector PMO Analyst

Huron

• Provides support to one or more project managers to ensure standardized and consistent delivery across the entire public sector portfolio. • Supports the entirety of the project life cycle, from launch to closeout. • Run monthly burn rate reports and provide to project leadership • Coordinate with billing teams to ensure invoices are accurate and compliant • Review expense reports to ensure compliance with government and internal policies • Support project resource forecast and contribution margin tracking • Support project management activities • Update project work plan and project management plan with direction from PM • Develop/customize deliverable templates and work with delivery team to prepare deliverables as stated in client contract • Schedule and attends internal team meetings, draft agendas, and distribute meeting minutes. • Manage internal team government background check activities

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Teams)
  • Experience with Smartsheet preferred
  • Ability to balance multiple projects, adapt to shifting priorities, and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work with teams and individuals of varying working styles in a virtual environment
  • Ability to analyze data sets and create charts and graphs
  • Ability to read and understand government contracts
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance if required by the contract

Responsibilities: - Reviews/re-underwrites pre-funded and post-closing files for credit quality, data integrity, and adherence to CMI credit policy and investor guidelines. - Provides feedback /recommendations via written management summaries on all loans reviewed. - Working with the business and identifies training needs and provide detailed analysis on any trends identified. - Identifies and document policy/process variations and work with Operations to provide both written and verbal feedback, and training/mentoring opportunities - as needed. - Interfaces directly with all levels of internal originations and credit policy staff, as well as external customers (Correspondent lenders) to maintain excellent customer service while ensuring the quality/integrity of loans purchased/underwritten by CMI. - Assesses the level of risk associated with each loan on a transactional basis, forwarding referrals, as necessary, to the Fraud Prevention and Investigation Unit, Vendor or Collateral Risk Management, as well as the Repurchase unit. - Interfaces with Risk Management, Originations and/or Credit Policy staff, when applicable, or directed to resolve issues. - Performs other duties and functions as assigned. - Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. Qualifications: - 5-8 years related experience - Conventional underwriting experience. FHA/VA designation required. - Thorough knowledge of CMI underwriting policy, as well as agency and secondary market underwriting and document requirements. - Excellent written and oral communication skills, and ability to communicate at all levels - Thorough knowledge of credit scoring, analytical problem-solving and negotiation skills. The Epic Caboodle & Clarity Analyst is responsible for supporting the organization’s enterprise data warehouse, reporting infrastructure, and analytics environment through expert knowledge of Epic Caboodle and Clarity. This role ensures accurate, timely, and well‑structured data is available for operational reporting, regulatory submissions, quality initiatives, and strategic analytics. The analyst partners with application teams, reporting teams, data engineers, and operational leaders to maintain data integrity and deliver high‑quality insights. Qualifications Required - Experience with Epic Caboodle, Clarity, or enterprise data warehouse environments. - Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational database concepts. - Ability to analyze complex data structures and translate them into actionable insights. - Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. - Epic Caboodle Data Model certification or Clarity Data Model certification. Epic Clarity Responsibilities - Support Clarity database structures, including tables, views, and extract logic. - Troubleshoot Clarity extract issues and ensure timely delivery of refreshed data. - Work with application analysts to understand workflow changes and their impact on Clarity data models. - Assist with Clarity upgrades, schema changes, and validation activities. - Maintain documentation of Clarity mappings, data lineage, and extract schedules. Reporting & Analytics Support - Partner with reporting teams to ensure data availability for Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer, dashboards, and enterprise analytics tools. - Provide subject‑matter expertise on Epic data structures, table relationships, and data interpretation. - Assist with complex SQL queries, data validation, and troubleshooting data discrepancies. - Support regulatory, quality, and operational reporting initiatives by ensuring accurate data sources. Data Governance & Quality - Participate in data governance activities, including data definitions, standards, and stewardship. - Monitor data quality and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve inconsistencies. - Maintain documentation of data models, ETL processes, and system configurations. - Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
