Training Analyst
SSM Health
• Configures, supports and maintains Epic Training applications to meet the needs of the organization. • Serves as coordinator and collaborates with business operations, information technology, leadership, system users, and vendors. • Builds in and understands the Electronic Health Record (EHR) (Epic) in order to competently develop training curriculum, resources, and facilitate training delivery. • Analyzes new workflows, application dependencies, and user competencies through collaboration with operational end-users, subject matter experts (SME), and application analysts. • Designs and maintains Epic training environment build, scenarios, and role-based training materials. • Analyzes training data, reviews training feedback, and assessment data to determine curriculum modifications that ensure training success. • Contributes to the planning, design, development, build, and maintenance of the training environments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent years of experience and education
- Three years' experience
- Epic certification or accreditation in one or more modules

CTG is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Epic Caboodle and Clarity Analyst to join our team. The Epic Caboodle & Clarity Analyst is responsible for supporting the organization’s enterprise data warehouse, reporting infrastructure, and analytics environment through expert knowledge of Epic Caboodle and Clarity. This role ensures accurate, timely, and well‑structured data is available for operational reporting, regulatory submissions, quality initiatives, and strategic analytics. The analyst partners with application teams, reporting teams, data engineers, and operational leaders to maintain data integrity and deliver high‑quality insights. Qualifications Required - Experience with Epic Caboodle, Clarity, or enterprise data warehouse environments. - Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational database concepts. - Ability to analyze complex data structures and translate them into actionable insights. - Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. - Epic Caboodle Data Model certification or Clarity Data Model certification. Key Responsibilities Epic Caboodle Responsibilities - Maintain and enhance Caboodle data models, subject areas, and ETL processes. - Support data ingestion, transformation, and validation activities to ensure accurate population of the Caboodle data warehouse. - Collaborate with data engineers to optimize ETL performance and troubleshoot data pipeline issues. - Assist with extending Caboodle models to support new operational or analytical needs. - Participate in Caboodle upgrades, testing, and validation of new content releases. - Ensure Caboodle structures align with Epic best practices and organizational data governance standards.
