This role works closely with the VP, Solutions & Innovations to translate strategic solution vision into scalable platforms, operational frameworks, and client-ready capabilities. The position will focus on bridging business strategy with technology execution by collaborating with engineering, analytics, product, and operational teams to build enterprise-grade systems and deliver high-impact client solutions. This role will play a critical role in shaping solution architectures, supporting platform development initiatives, and enabling rapid prototyping of new capabilities leveraging advanced analytics, AI, and automation technologies. This role will also contribute to client solutioning efforts, helping articulate technical capabilities, implementation approaches, and measurable value to clients. With a strong focus on techno-functional leadership, this role will oversee the execution of solution initiatives, ensure alignment between business needs and technology capabilities, and support the successful delivery of scalable enterprise systems. The ideal candidate combines healthcare domain expertise with strong technical understanding and the ability to translate complex business challenges into practical technology-enabled solutions.
