Job Requirements
- Experienced individual who possesses and demonstrates key organizational skills including but not limited to physical organization, prioritization skills, collaboration, effective communication (both written and verbal), time management, self motivation, self-management
- 3+ years of proven experience in progressive accounting roles
- Strong math and analytical skills
- Ability to handle information confidentially
- Resourceful problem solver
- Willingness to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google apps, especially Excel
- Proficiency in QBO and Bill.com
- Startup environment/exposure
- Intacct, CCH SureTax, Stripe

Update client records, request information from clients to complete accounts, and send reminders as needed. • Prepare GST reports and returns for New Zealand clients, and BAS/IAS for Australian clients. • Prepare annual documents such as Financial Statements, Annual Reports, Resolutions, and Taxation Summaries for review. • Prepare Individual, Trust, Partnership, and Company tax returns. • Support Senior Accountants, Managers, and Directors with various other accounting duties as needed.
