• Responsible for overall administrative tasks of the Finance and Accounting team • Cash management, collections, remittances, reporting • Involved in necessary audits and special projects • Prepares checks and check vouchers • Supplier payment processing and vendor management • Update and monitor aging accounts receivables • Issue invoices to clients and follow-ups • Process payments using the company credit card • Disbursement and replenishment of petty cash fund • Liquidation of employees’ out-of-pocket expenses • Ensure compliance with tax regulations • Reconciliation of accounts and resolve discrepancies • Assist in creation of financial reports and provide analyses • Partner with operations team to achieve company objectives • All other related tasks assigned by supervisor
