• Onboard new clients or patients and ensure a smooth, seamless transition into services • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, maintaining high-touch communication • Build long-term client relationships through regular check-ins, performance reviews, and proactive support • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to maximize client value • Conduct consultative sales calls, virtual demos, and service consultations tailored to client needs • Manage a full-cycle sales pipeline—from prospecting and qualification to close and handoff • Maintain accurate records of activities, pipeline status, and client information in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) • Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and messaging while staying informed on market trends and client needs
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience closing sales in the Wellness or Healthcare industry, with a proven track record of full-cycle selling
- Proficient in using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent for sales tracking, client onboarding, and performance reporting
- Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to conduct service demos and tailor solutions to client needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Comfortable working with KPIs and performance metrics
- Willingness to work in US time zones (PST, EST, CST)
- High school diploma or equivalent
