We are actively hiring a Salesforce Developer / Solutions Engineer to join the Flourish Research Digital Experience and Marketing Technology division. The Salesforce Developer / Solutions Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions that support Flourish Research’s operational needs and research initiatives. This role reports to the Executive Director of Digital Experience and Marketing Technology and partners closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement customized solutions, ensure system performance and security, and provide ongoing technical support and training to end users. QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are a plus. - 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce. - Experience writing detailed technical assessments and documentation for Salesforce. - Proven experience in Salesforce development and customization, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. - Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security. - Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency with Office 365 and related computer applications. - Ability to multi-task, prioritize competing demands, and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
