• Lead end-to-end SAP PM/EAM implementation, rollout, and support projects. • Configure SAP PM components: Functional Locations, Equipment, BOMs, Maintenance Notifications & Orders, Preventive/Corrective/Predictive Maintenance, Maintenance Plans, Task Lists, Measuring Points • Handle integration with MM (spares), FI/CO (costing), QM (inspection), PS (project-related maintenance), PP (production downtime). • Conduct requirement gathering workshops, create functional specifications, and prepare process documentation. • Collaborate with Maintenance, Production, Reliability, and Procurement teams to map business processes. • Support testing cycles including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and Cutover activities. • Work with ABAP teams on enhancements (User Exits, BADIs, BAPIs, custom reports). • Provide training to business users and deliver post‑go‑live support.

• Perform SAP application installations, patches, upgrades, and production support across multiple SAP products (ECC, BI, SCM, Solution Manager, Enterprise Portal, PI) • Administer HANA databases including setting up and managing High Availability and replica configurations • Monitor and implement Oracle/HANA database performance improvements for optimal SAP system operations • Execute client and system copies, new SAP instance installations, table reorganizations, and connectivity maintenance • Manage transport operations with rigorous documentation and change management procedures • Configure and monitor backup solutions, perform ad-hoc backups and restores as required • Conduct SAP Security Administration including role creation, user account management, and authorization assignments • Troubleshoot incidents, coordinate with SAP support, and provide technical guidance to development teams

• Identify potential adoption strategies. • Responsible for upselling in key strategic accounts, working in conjunction with Business Managers. • Serve as a lead in providing education on all aspects of two or more technologies—or one highly specialized technology—related to assigned device(s), including device handling, implantation, and troubleshooting techniques for equipment, tools, and products required for device implants; include full certification for independent case support for field clinical specialists. • Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and hospital staff on all technical aspects related to investigational products and procedures, including imaging, by conducting and/or coordinating one-on-one ad hoc training sessions and structured in-service education programs for two or more technologies or one highly specialized technology. • Develop and improve training curricula, training materials, and training tools, based on clinical trial experience, Edwards Lifesciences (EW) guidelines, and SOPs. • Responsible for certification of centers, physicians, and other related staff, as well as EW personnel, as outlined within EW SOPs. • Validate software and hardware updates in the field, as applicable. • Monitor clinical support activities, changes in the market and assigned accounts, and competitive activity, in collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales). • Perform other incidental duties as required.
