Job Description

Solution Sales Executive – Operational Risk Management

Sphera

• Responsible for driving profitable revenue growth across the Middle East region • Identifying, qualifying, negotiating, and closing new business opportunities with clients • Positioning and selling Sphera’s ORM software solutions • Delivering tailored value propositions to support long-term client success • Leading the full sales cycle from initial engagement to close • Building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with clients

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 5+ years of successful experience in selling Enterprise Software and Technology solutions to the Global 2000
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in complex sales environments
  • Experience selling into risk, EHS, compliance, or governance functions (highly preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Operational Risk Management (ORM) concepts
  • Demonstrated success in closing large and complex sales
  • Strong hunter skills
  • Experience should include negotiations, successful partnerships and/or joint ventures
  • Proficiency with MS applications required (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
