Solution Sales Executive – Operational Risk Management
Sphera
• Responsible for driving profitable revenue growth across the Middle East region • Identifying, qualifying, negotiating, and closing new business opportunities with clients • Positioning and selling Sphera’s ORM software solutions • Delivering tailored value propositions to support long-term client success • Leading the full sales cycle from initial engagement to close • Building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with clients
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 5+ years of successful experience in selling Enterprise Software and Technology solutions to the Global 2000
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in complex sales environments
- Experience selling into risk, EHS, compliance, or governance functions (highly preferred)
- Strong understanding of Operational Risk Management (ORM) concepts
- Demonstrated success in closing large and complex sales
- Strong hunter skills
- Experience should include negotiations, successful partnerships and/or joint ventures
- Proficiency with MS applications required (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

Mid Market Account Executive

• Acquire new clients in mid to large accounts • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas • Work closely with internal go-to-market teams • Build and maintain an in-depth understanding of the Crossbeam product • Build relationships with prospects and decision makers
• Ensure client satisfaction, engagement, and success. • Manage the onboarding process for new subscription clients. • Provide continued, proactive support with a key focus on retaining existing clients and increasing renewal rates and revenue. • Manage and renew insights and advisory contracts across 50 enterprise accounts. • Revenue forecasting and account planning on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis. • Work creatively with the onboarding experience for each new account. • Set up a regular method of engagement that works for each client. • Run and analyze client usage reports. • Plan and participate in client calls and meetings. • Create and edit presentations, spreadsheets, and reports as needed.
