• Proven experience managing enterprise accounts in a high-growth database, cloud, or infrastructure technology company. • Track record of driving expansion and renewals within existing customers, contributing to consistent ARR growth. • Strong understanding of Challenger Sales and MEDDIC principles, with the ability to apply them to account growth and customer success. • Skilled at identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding customer goals and aligning them with YugabyteDB’s capabilities. • Hands-on approach to managing customer relationships—balancing strategic account planning with day-to-day responsiveness.

Job Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience maintaining healthy pipelines of renewal and expansion opportunities through effective qualification and follow-up.
  • Ability to communicate and reinforce YugabyteDB’s business value to both technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and operational discipline in managing multiple enterprise accounts and coordinating with internal teams.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills—able to partner effectively with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Data-driven mindset, using metrics and account analytics to forecast renewals, track usage trends, and identify growth potential.
  • Knowledge of distributed databases, mission-critical enterprise software, or cloud infrastructure is highly beneficial.
