Role Description We are seeking a Growth & Partnership Associate – Nigeria with a strong focus on partnerships. This role is responsible for building, managing, and scaling partnerships that drive lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth in Nigeria. - Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners, referral agents, and collaborators in Nigeria. - Build relationships with universities, training institutions, professional communities, and organizations. - Drive partner-led lead generation and ensure consistent pipeline growth. - Support partner activation, enablement, and ongoing performance management. - Track partner performance, leads, and conversion outcomes. - Work closely with Marketing and Customer Success to convert partner leads into paid clients. - Provide market and partner feedback to improve offers, pricing, and messaging. Qualifications - Experience in partnerships, business development, growth, or sales. - Strong network or ability to build relationships within the Nigerian market. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills. - Target-driven mindset with comfort in tracking and reporting performance. - Ability to work independently while collaborating with a distributed team. - Passion for global mobility, careers, and economic opportunity. • Nurture relationships with clients, based on trust and mutual respect • Generate new sales by getting referrals from existing client • Collect and update customer data to ensure with have accurate info • Educate clients proactively to resolve current issues and prevent future ones • Help clients improve and grow their business by analyzing data to identify trends/patterns and provide clear, actionable advice
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential channel partners within your assigned region • Collaborate with partners to understand their business needs and align them with our cybersecurity solutions • Drive partner engagement through regular communication, training programs, and joint marketing activities. • Work closely with channel partners to develop sales plans and strategies to meet revenue targets • Provide sales enablement support, including training, collateral, and product information • Track partner performance metrics, pipeline, and sales forecasts to ensure achievement of quarterly and annual sales goals. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and challenges • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product management, and sales to support channel initiatives • Advocate for channel partners internally, ensuring their needs are addressed and their feedback is incorporated into company strategies. • The ability to provide clear timely feedback and management reports on progress, obstacles and opportunities to accurately forecast new business; report business partner status and sales opportunities to management team, keeping accurate and up-to-date records in salesforce.com
