TrueML Products is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Quality Engineer I to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll be a technical leader, responsible for driving the quality strategy for our core products. You'll not only execute and maintain test frameworks but also help define and implement best practices across the engineering organization. Work-Life Benefits - Unlimited PTO - Medical benefit contributions in congruence with local laws and type of employment agreement What You'll Do: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks for various platforms, including web, API, and data pipelines. - Define and champion quality engineering best practices, standards, and processes within your team and across engineering. - Evaluate and recommend new testing tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance quality and efficiency. - Collaborate closely with development, product, and operations teams to integrate quality practices throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). - Provide technical guidance and support to junior quality engineers, helping to foster their growth and development. - Lead code reviews and provide constructive feedback on test automation code. - Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, performance, and security testing. - Analyze complex application and system architectures to identify potential quality issues and design effective test strategies. - Perform exploratory, integration, and end-to-end testing for complex features. - Identify, isolate, report, and track defects, working proactively with developers to ensure timely resolution. - Contribute to and improve CI/CD pipeline integration for automated testing. - Stay current with industry trends and advancements in software testing and quality assurance, applying this knowledge to improve our processes. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 5+ years of experience in software quality engineering, with a strong emphasis on test automation. - Proven expertise in designing, building, and maintaining robust test automation frameworks (e.g., using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Pytest, JUnit/TestNG). - Strong programming/scripting skills in one or more languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C#). - Deep understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. - Extensive experience with API testing and automation tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured). - Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions). - Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git). - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and lead. • Plan, manage and execute tests independently • Play a central role in developing test automation (UI & API) • Participate in setting up and maintaining test environments • Select appropriate test frameworks and methodologies • Analyze error messages in collaboration with the development and AI teams

• Review and validate AI-generated responses, knowledge articles, and case resolutions for accuracy, tone, and contextual relevance. • Identify and document edge cases, hallucinations, or gaps in AI-generated content. • Collaborate with AI trainers and product teams to improve model performance and training data quality. • Create, test and validate automated workflows across Salesforce Service Cloud, Jira, and Wrike. • Ensure that case routing, escalation, and resolution automations function as intended and align with business rules. • Support regression testing and release validation for new AI/automation features. • Analyze CSAT, NPS, and case resolution data to identify trends and quality issues. • Provide actionable feedback to improve customer-facing content and support workflows. • Maintain test cases, QA documentation, and feedback logs using tools like Confluence, or Notion.
