• Du arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Teams zusammen, um Kundenanforderungen zu verstehen, abzustimmen und gemeinsam in skalierbare Plattform-Features zu überführen. • Du entwickelst und betreibst zentrale Python-Microservices für unsere Voice-AI-Plattform (Bot-Management, Telephony Middleware) • Du baust low-latency, asynchrone Systeme für Echtzeit-Sprachverarbeitung und Streaming-Audio (WebSockets, Async Python) • Du integrierst STT-, TTS- und LLM-Systeme und orchestrierst AI-Workflows über verschiedene Provider hinweg • Du arbeitest an skalierbaren, event-getriebenen Architekturen (REST, WebSockets, gRPC) • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Containerisierung, CI/CD und Betrieb unserer Services in der Cloud

• Develop solutions to integrate and optimize language models within the botario platform • Monitor trends in NLP and AI research • Support the team in evaluating model quality and efficiency • Experiment with new models and architectures to build more powerful chatbots • Evaluate LLMs with respect to response quality, latency, cost, and other factors

• As a Working Student in Software Engineering & DevOps at SCOUTASTIC, you will work together with our experienced team on the continued development of our scouting platform. • Backend Development: You will develop features for our backend — API design, data modeling and integration of external data sources. • DevOps & Automation: You will support work with Docker, CI/CD and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and help drive the automation of processes. • Agentic Engineering: You will use state-of-the-art AI development tools (Claude Code, etc.) to scale your output and learn how agent-driven development works in practice. • Testing & Monitoring: You will help ensure the quality of our software through testing and monitor production operations.

• Acquisition of new customers and maintenance of existing accounts in handball, basketball, ice hockey and other sports organizations and associations • Preparation of proposals and contract negotiations with customers • Conducting product demos and workshops to clearly and understandably convey the benefits of our software • Supporting customers throughout the entire contract term to maximize the value derived from the software • Close collaboration with our software developers to pass on sport-specific market feedback and continuously improve the platform • Customer visits and participation in cross-sport events to represent the company and strategically expand our network

• You drive the further development of our scouting platform by designing and implementing features that push the boundaries of what’s possible with AI. • Our software is used by over 130 professional football clubs worldwide — and we are currently expanding into other sports. • Your work directly influences how clubs discover and evaluate talent. • You design and implement AI-powered features that make our platform smarter — from intelligent search and recommendations to automated data enrichment. • You use state-of-the-art AI development tools (Claude Code, etc.) to massively scale your output. • You rapidly build prototypes, evaluate new AI technologies, and assess their potential for our product. • You integrate LLMs, embeddings, and other AI models into our existing infrastructure and build robust data pipelines. • You are fully responsible from the first experiment through production deployment and iterate quickly.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase SCOUTASTIC's brand awareness • Plan, manage and analyze digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels • Create target-group–oriented content • Work closely with the sales team • Build and maintain media and partner relationships • Monitor market and competitor trends • Collaborate closely with our development team

• You make architectural decisions and develop features from quick prototypes to scalable services — backend, API design, and data modeling. • You orchestrate coding agents and use state-of-the-art AI development tools (Claude Code, etc.) to massively scale your output. • You work with football data from a wide range of sources, build data pipelines, and integrate AI models into our platform. • You safely bring features into production — Docker, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) — and drive automation of processes consistently. • You ensure quality through testing and monitor production operations. • From idea to deployment you take full ownership and iterate quickly.

• Build the platform for deploying AI agents within enterprises • Develop and design platforms for AI agents • Evaluate, integrate, and develop the latest approaches in Agentic AI • Integrate with enterprise systems such as SharePoint, Outlook, Confluence, and Teams • Orchestrate state-of-the-art language models and optimize their usage • Own the entire development lifecycle in a small, high-impact team
