Sales and Program Manager High Impact, Purpose Driven Organisation Position Summary: We seek a Sales & Program Manager to lead our client’s SolarBuddy LIVE program in the Philippines, and to support its plans for expansion across Southeast Asia. This role will focus primarily on sales and relationship development, working with corporate and community partners to secure bookings for SolarBuddy LIVE workshops and social impact programs. In addition to business development activities, the successful candidate will facilitate program sessions, coordinate event logistics, and manage basic program inventory and materials required for workshop delivery. This position offers an opportunity to play a key role in establishing our client’s programs in the Philippines and contributing to the delivery of genuine global social impact. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales: • Identify and develop relationships with corporations, event companies, community groups, and other organizations interested in participating in SolarBuddy LIVE team building and corporate volunteer programs. • Present the SolarBuddy LIVE program to prospective partners and clients. • Generate bookings for SolarBuddy LIVE workshops and impact programs. • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations. • Support the development of a sustainable pipeline of program opportunities. Program Delivery: • Facilitate SolarBuddy LIVE workshops and events for participating organizations. • Deliver engaging presentations to groups of participants. • Ensure workshops are delivered professionally and in alignment with SolarBuddy program guidelines. • Represent SolarBuddy LIVE with professionalism and enthusiasm in all external engagements. Program Coordination: • Coordinate the planning and delivery of program events. • Liaise with partner organizations regarding event scheduling and requirements. • Ensure all materials and program components are prepared for successful delivery. Inventory & Logistics Coordination: • Maintain oversight of SolarBuddy LIVE program materials and equipment. • Track inventory quantities and program supplies. • Arrange courier or transport services for delivery and collection of program materials where required. Reporting & Administration: • Maintain records of program activities and sales pipeline. • Provide updates and reports to the SolarBuddy LIVE leadership team. • Support general program administration as required. We’re Offering: • Indicative salary range: P80,000 to P100,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience • The remuneration package may include: - Base salary - Performance-based incentives aligned with program growth and sales outcomes Statutory benefits in accordance with Philippine employment regulations

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee large-scale projects focused on warehousing and fulfillment network optimization including large scale automation projects • Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics; establish timelines and resource requirements • Track progress against project milestones and goals, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget • Partner closely with internal teams (Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, HR, etc.) to align project objectives and drive seamless execution • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments, ensuring teams are informed of key updates, risks, and opportunities • Identify and manage relationships with external vendors and consultants to support warehousing operations improvements • Set clear performance expectations and monitor vendor deliverables to ensure alignment with organizational goals • Work with partners specializing in advanced automation solutions to bring systems online • Analyze operational data and performance indicators to identify areas for process enhancements and cost-saving opportunities • Implement best practices in warehousing and fulfillment, leveraging industry insights to drive innovation and efficiency • Provide regular project status updates to senior leadership, highlighting key milestones, successes, and challenges • Serve as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear communication and expectations

• manage and lead commercial or product development program management for multiple programs • lead cross functional project teams and be responsible for profitable and timely execution according to budget and processes • Leading Simultaneous Development Team (SDT) through Power D3 / ITP to launch program • Demonstrating proficiency in the use of program management related processes (e.g. ITP/PowerD3) as applicable • Understanding customer needs, requirements and specifications and leading teams to insure prompt response to customer inquiries • Early identification of project risk and Initiation of mitigation plans • Precise, effective and clear communication to all levels of organization • Leading within a project (indirect leadership), enable and support others, personally engaged in coaching others for their development. • Planning & conduction of Program Reviews • Ensuring timeliness gate exits • Making decisions and achieving results that are consistent with company and team values.
