Role Description We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain customised solutions within multiple customer Salesforce orgs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Sales and Service Clouds, and be passionate about developing scalable, high-performing Salesforce applications that meet business needs. Qualifications - Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, and SOQL. - Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. - Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools. - Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration tools (Lightning Flows, validation rules). - Familiarity with roles, profiles, permission sets, and other security settings. - Salesforce certification required - Developer or Consultant certification acceptable. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Effective communicator who can collaborate with internal and external teams. Requirements - Develop, customise, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex. - Build and manage API integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems such as Xero and Deputy. - Utilise Salesforce Data Cloud to unify and manage data across platforms. - Configure and maintain Lightning Flows, validation rules, and user/security settings. - Assist with data migration activities and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) during deployments. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions. - Apply best practices for Salesforce development to ensure scalable and maintainable outcomes. - Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and make recommendations for enhancements. Sales and Program Manager High Impact, Purpose Driven Organisation Position Summary: We seek a Sales & Program Manager to lead our Client’s program in the Philippines, and to support its plans for expansion across Southeast Asia. This role will focus primarily on sales and relationship development, working with corporate and community partners to secure bookings for Client workshops and social impact programs. In addition to business development activities, the successful candidate will facilitate program sessions, coordinate event logistics, and manage basic program inventory and materials required for workshop delivery. This position offers an opportunity to play a key role in establishing our client’s programs in the Philippines and contributing to the delivery of genuine global social impact. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales: • Identify and develop relationships with corporations, event companies, community groups, and other organizations interested in participating in Client team building and corporate volunteer programs. • Present the Client program to prospective partners and clients. • Generate bookings for Client workshops and impact programs. • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations. • Support the development of a sustainable pipeline of program opportunities. Program Delivery: • Facilitate Client workshops and events for participating organizations. • Deliver engaging presentations to groups of participants. • Ensure workshops are delivered professionally and in alignment with SolarBuddy program guidelines. • Represent Client with professionalism and enthusiasm in all external engagements. Program Coordination: • Coordinate the planning and delivery of program events. • Liaise with partner organizations regarding event scheduling and requirements. • Ensure all materials and program components are prepared for successful delivery. Inventory & Logistics Coordination: • Maintain oversight of Client program materials and equipment. • Track inventory quantities and program supplies. • Arrange courier or transport services for delivery and collection of program materials where required. Reporting & Administration: • Maintain records of program activities and sales pipeline. • Provide updates and reports to the Client leadership team. • Support general program administration as required.
