Compliance, Communication & Travel - Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers. - Maintain strong understanding of contractual requirements, business systems, and procurement processes. - Travel regularly (50%+) to visit suppliers within the region, with occasional travel to Moog sites globally. Qualifications & Experience Required - Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field. - Up to 5 years of progressive experience in manufacturing or engineering (Aerospace preferred). - Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to lead complex supply chain activities. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure. - Strong negotiation skills and understanding of procurement and contractual law.
