HR Technology Specialist II

• Responsible for User Support of associates across the enterprise via Support Mailboxes and Case • Provide user support and participate in testing, test script development, and verification of configurations tied to Workday's time and attendance module • Identify requirements, resolve issues, and provide user direction on system functionality • Support COE project work and configuration changes/enhancements in Workday and other HR technologies • Act as the Workday security administrator and support integrations • Create custom reports per business requirements • Responsible for user testing of outstanding SOX issues for HRMS system • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Managers to create efficient HR processes

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR Technology and Workday
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accountancy, or related fields
  • Prior Workday experience required
  • Knowledge of project management processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal skills; effective team player
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Kronos and/or SharePoint experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is beneficial
  • Multi-language skills a plus.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications): - Bachelor's Degree with previous HR experience. - A minimum of 6 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in complex, multi-country environments. - Solid knowledge of labor legislation in CASA countries (Colombia, Chile, Panama, Costa Rica) and strong English communication skills.
