To learn more about us, visit stradaglobal.com Job Title: Senior Manager, Demand Generation Location: Virtual Job type: Full-Time Job summary: The Senior Manager of Demand Generation leads the development and execution of global campaigns that drive brand awareness and generate demand. The role oversees a team of campaign managers and an ABM manager, guiding strategy, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing programs. It involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams including product marketing, digital, creative, field marketing, and sales, to ensure campaigns are localized effectively and activated across key markets. Key responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management - Lead and mentor a team of campaign managers and an ABM manager, fostering a high-performance culture focused on innovation, accountability, and results. - Oversee team workflows, capacity planning, and development to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery. Strategic Campaign Development - Own the end-to-end development of integrated, multi-channel campaigns aligned to strategic priorities and target audiences. - Collaborate with product marketing and strategy teams to shape messaging platforms, content narratives, and campaign themes. - Partner with creative, digital, events, social media, and communications teams to bring campaigns to life across channels. Cross-Functional & Field Marketing Collaboration - Work closely with Field Marketing to ensure global campaigns are localized and activated effectively in regional markets. - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including sales, partner marketing, and third-party agencies, to ensure campaign alignment and execution. Campaign Execution & Optimization - Manage campaign setup, execution, and monitoring across marketing systems including Salesforce, Hubspot, Demandbase and others. - Track campaign performance and effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for optimization, long-tail strategies, and future enhancements. - Communicate campaign progress, performance, and key assets to internal stakeholders including sales, product marketing, and executive leadership. Planning & Reporting - Develop and manage campaign project plans, schedules, and deliverables. - Monitor progress toward quarterly and annual goals, adjusting strategies as needed to stay aligned with company objectives. - Lead monthly, quarterly and annual reporting on campaign impact, pipeline contribution, and ROI. Skills & competencies: - Proven experience leading global demand generation or campaign teams in a B2B environment - Deep understanding of integrated marketing strategy, funnel dynamics, and campaign orchestration - Strong leadership and team development capabilities - Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills - Strategic thinker with hands-on experience in campaign execution and optimization - Proficient in marketing systems including Salesforce, Hubspot and Demandbase. - Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting - Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment across global teams Benefits: We offer programs and plans for a healthy mind, body, wallet and life because it’s important our benefits care for the whole person.
