Client Executive Assistant
Job Duck
• Conduct initial intake calls with potential clients • Help maintain a consistent online presence • Answer incoming phone calls professionally • Gather and accurately record relevant client information • Schedule Discovery Calls as needed • Organize client documents and files • Assist with completed client billable work (non-legal, non-paralegal tasks only) • Maintain organized records and follow established workflows • Assist with basic social media posts as directed
