Deine Aufgaben - Bearbeitung von telefonischen Kundenanfragen (Inbound), gelegentlich auch per Mail und Chat - Beratung zur Funktionsweise unseres Wechselservice und Beantwortung von Fragen zu Tarifwechseln im Bereich Strom und Gas - Unterstützung des Backoffice-Bereichs bei Preis- und Tarifvergleichen und der Durchführung von Tarifwechseln - Pflege der Kundendatenbank und Datenerfassung - Keine Kaltakquise oder Telefonverkauf – Du berätst nur bestehende und interessierte Kunden, die von unserer Tarifoptimierung profitieren. Dein Profil - Hohes Maß an Sorgfalt, Zuverlässigkeit sowie eine ausgeprägte Servicementalität - Freude an Inbound-Telefonie, Vertragsoptimierung und Verbraucherfinanzen - Erfahrung im Kundenservice, z.B. als Call Center Agent (m/w/d), Kundenberater (m/w/d), Service Center Agent (m/w/d) im Customer Support oder im Backoffice - Ausgeprägte Kommunikationskompetenz - Einwandfreie deutsche Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift - Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office, insb. Excel, und idealerweise Erfahrung mit Ticketsystemen wie Freshdesk o.ä. Wir bieten Dir - Verantwortungsvolle Aufgaben in einem netten Team von Kolleginnen und Kollegen - Arbeitszeiten von montags bis freitags, unsere Öffnungszeiten sind von 08.00 Uhr bis 18.00 Uhr (ausschließlich Vollzeit möglich) - 100% Homeoffice ist möglich - du kannst aber auch in unserem zentral gelegenen Büro in Berlin-Mitte (nahe Alexanderplatz / Hackescher Markt) arbeiten - Eine familiäre und offene Arbeitsatmosphäre - Kostenlose Getränke, frisches Obst und regelmäßige Teamevents - Die Position ist zunächst befristet für 12 Monate, optional ist eine langfristige Zusammenarbeit möglich.
