• Enhance Workday's efficiency and functionality across the organization. • Configure and test Workday systems, addressing troubleshooting challenges. • Work independently on advanced projects, communicating with stakeholders for requirements. • Prepare end-to-end test scripts for new configurations. • Support global ticketing systems with troubleshooting requests. • Assist with testing of new Workday functions and regular updates. • Replicate and verify customer issues and escalate to SMEs as needed. • Serve as project owner for new Workday initiatives, including data loads and testing.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting HRIS systems and at least 2 years of technical Workday experience.
- Strong Workday experience is required.
- Experience in supporting a global ticketing system for PX systems and the ability to work with a multi-location, multicultural global team.
- Experience in Workday reporting and Integration support.
- Experience in any of the Workday modules - Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, and Talent Management.
- Experience in Workday docs.
- Experience in maintaining/creating documentation and effectively explaining requirements, design, development, and testing.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and perform against tight deadlines and multi-task effectively.
