• Identifying and approaching potential new customers and new users • Presenting the bex logistics solution to customers in on-site and online meetings • Preparing and conducting onboarding for new customers • Establishing and initiating business relationships with new customers • Contributing to the development of new features for our logistics platform and additional logistics services

• Support recruiting of new team members across all areas • Manage employee development and all other HR-related matters • Improve HR processes, e.g., onboarding and employee feedback • Implement an HR management software • Identify HR trends and derive concrete, actionable measures • Operational personnel administration, e.g., leave requests, company bike schemes (Jobrad), team events, etc.

• Point of contact for customers for all day-to-day inquiries • Coordination of special customer requests and requirements • Support for sales and planning/dispatch teams in resolving customer inquiries • Incident management and customer-focused resolution of service disruptions • Assist in the development, optimization, and automation of processes, contributing your own ideas and experience

• Dispatching open delivery orders to our network of over 250 delivery partners in Germany • Coordinating and monitoring time-critical last-mile deliveries • Assisting with tendering of routes and charter requests within our delivery partner network • Close collaboration with our delivery partners to resolve issues and strengthen relationships

• You lead the development of our digital platform in line with the product vision • You are responsible for the software architecture and the technology stack of our platform • You optimize the development process in close collaboration with the team and the founding team • You empower the tech team to make decisions independently • You support the implementation of software development projects

• Establish, expand and maintain existing customer relationships • Present new features and services and provide user training • Conduct regular customer meetings and gather feedback • Develop and implement customer-specific logistics projects • Contribute to the design and implementation of new features and services
