Product Marketing Manager – AI Website Builder, VPS, Automations

Hostinger International

• Develop and execute go-to-market and adoption strategies, ensuring strong positioning and growth. • Monitor performance, identify key trends, and adjust strategies through data-driven insights and regular reporting. • Identify emerging technical trends and use cases to pivot strategies based on real-time data and market shifts. • Identify new acquisition channels and test them to scale growth using real-time performance metrics. • Lead cross-functional initiatives with product, growth, and organic teams to align on initiatives and accelerate adoption in selected markets, testing and optimizing strategies accordingly. • Define the scope of marketing initiatives, including timelines, progress updates, deliverables, and expected impact. • Act proactively with a hands-on, "can-do" attitude to drive adoption and achieve growth targets.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing and digital performance marketing.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to understand technical aspects as needed.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and can-do attitude.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail, including precise and effective written and verbal communication.
